On March 20th, 2021 we set out to remember the fallen and honor the heroes of the Battle of Iwo Jima that turned the tide of WWII in the Pacific 76 years ago.
Our veterans who fought in the battle faced brutal combat on the island. It was some of the toughest fighting seen throughout the entire war.
At the end of the day, we saw 600+ men, women, and children from around the world walk in solidarity to recognize, honor and celebrate all who defended freedom during the Battle of the Iwo Jima.
We can’t thank you enough for joining our support of veterans in all that we do. Stayed tuned to BDF.org for information on our D-Day Honor Walk coming this June.
